This dealership is quite awesome. It has large inventory of golf cars. We got the best deal for 2023 Club Car Lithium. The owner and staff excels in servicing customers. All questions were properly and promptly answered. The delivery was made on the promised time window. We really had a good buying experience and would continue to avail any maintenance service only at this dealership.

My 2022 electric Onward was purchased new in Ft Myers 4 months before Hurricane Ian. It became submerged during the storm to just below the mid-windshield split. Because I wasn't ready to part with the cart, both because of the initial cost, and my love for it, I looked into getting it fixed. Knowing that this was a decision that could bite me, I began making phone calls. One company said it would be at least $7,000, labor not included. One said they'd help me out by them buying it for $500. A third said that he could do it for around $2,300. I took it to #3 with the hope of a miracle happening. About two months later this repair shop had replaced many items, none of which made any difference. He finally said that the throttle controller could not be obtained because Club Car wouldnt sell it to non-CC dealers. I gave up and brought it home, DOA.
I was in the process of moving to Lakeland Florida to avoid future storm surges. I researched on the internet for Club Car repair sites near Lakeland. (I wasnt ready to pull the plug quite yet!) I came across Art's Carts in Dundee and gave them a call to see if they might be able to help. They were eager to help out and said that they'd been super busy with flooded carts. They said that if they worked on it they would need to replace every electrical component, switch, and wire. That $500 salvage offer was beginning to become an option! I decided to roll the dice because of some nice feedback on the internet. I dropped it off at their very large facility and talked with Art. He was very sympathetic about our losing our home to the flood and told me to not worry about getting the cart fixed. Two weeks later I got the call that it was ready. I picked it up and looked at the voluminous bill. I was pleasantly surprised at the very fair repair total. The company, true to their word, replaced everything that had a wire attached to it. They did mention that a few items were removed because the last shop had replaced parts that never would work on an Onward. They did detail the cart and it was like new.
Bottom line is the cart has run like new without one single issue! My brother had bought a white Onward a month after I did and it suffered the same flood. Up to Dundee it went and about 2 weeks later returned as a like-new cart. No problems since the repair. Thank you Art's Carts!
